This Shipping Policy explains the delivery rules, time references, and information lookup methods that apply while browsing products, placing orders, and awaiting delivery.
The content follows the order flow, allowing shipping-related information to be understood at each stage of the purchase process.


1. Delivery service coverage

Delivery services are provided within Australia only.

Covered regions include:

  • New South Wales (NSW)

  • Victoria (VIC)

  • Queensland (QLD)

  • South Australia (SA)

  • Western Australia (WA)

  • Tasmania (TAS)

  • Australian Capital Territory (ACT)

  • Northern Territory (NT)

Whether a specific address is serviceable is determined by the system response displayed during checkout.


2. Checkout total and shipping fees

The total amount shown on the checkout page includes:

  • The product price displayed on the product page

  • Applicable shipping fees

  • Transaction taxes required under Australian regulations, including Australian GST (10%)

Shipping fee structure:

  • Orders with a product subtotal below AUD 59.99 are subject to a delivery fee of AUD 5.99

  • Orders with a product subtotal of AUD 60 or above are shown with shipping fees included in the checkout total

All applicable charges are displayed before payment is completed.

After order confirmation, the checkout total recorded for the order remains the reference amount.


3. Order processing timeline

An order enters the processing stage once payment has been successfully recorded.

Processing time reference:

  • Processing hours: 8:00–18:00 (Australian local business hours)

  • Orders paid before 18:00 enter processing on the same business day

  • Orders paid after 18:00 enter processing on the next business day

The preparation stage includes stock verification, product inspection, packaging, and logistics record creation.
This stage requires 1–3 business days.


4. Delivery transit timeframe

After dispatch, delivery occurs within an estimated timeframe of 5–15 business days.

Delivery duration varies based on destination location, logistics routing, and operational conditions during transit.


5. Logistics carriers

Shipments are handled through established logistics networks, including:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier assignment is determined by delivery address and order conditions.


6. Shipment tracking

After dispatch, shipment information is provided, including:

  • Order number

  • Order and payment summary

  • Tracking details

Shipment status can also be viewed on the Order Tracking page by entering the order number together with the email address or phone number used at checkout.


7. Delivery receipt notes

Upon delivery, recipients are advised to:

  • Inspect the outer packaging upon receipt

  • Retain photos or videos if packaging irregularities are observed

Delivery to another person at the provided address is recorded as completion of delivery.


8. Responsibility boundaries

  • Delivery status is assessed based on order records and logistics tracking information

  • Accurate delivery address information is required for successful delivery

  • Once an order has entered the shipping stage, modification options are limited

  • Delivery time differences resulting from logistics processes are assessed based on actual shipment records
